L’uomo spacciandosi per notaio telefonava a parrocchie, enti assistenziali e simili, riferendo di essere al capezzale di un benefattore che intendeva lasciare una cospicua eredità.

Tra le potenziali vittime, riceveva la telefonata anche un sacerdote bresciano: la parrocchia avrebbe ricevuto 52.000 euro previo pagamento di parcella e spese di imposta, ammontanti a euro 2700 circa da bonificare sulla postepay dello “stimato professionista”. La decisione peraltro doveva essere presa in fretta, diversamente sarebbe stata destinata ad altro beneficiario. A seguito della denuncia presentata dalla vittima, l’Arma di Carpenedolo ha così potuto sventare la truffa e il falso notaio
