Diventa definitiva la condanna a nove anni e due mesi in appello in ottobre per Carmelo Cipriano, istruttore di karate di 44 anni, arrestato il 5 ottobre del 2017 per violenza sessuale (anche di gruppo) nei confronti di alcune allieve minorenni che frequentavano la sua palestra di Lonato, atti sessuali con minori e detenzione di materiale pedopornografico.

L’attenzione, sia da parte della procura che della difesa, si è sempre concentrata soprattutto sulla più giovane delle alunne, che all’epoca del primo approccio hard del suo istruttore, durante un pigiama party in palestra, aveva soltanto 12 anni. È stata lei, per prima, a sporgere denuncia. Dopo anni. In un contesto psicologico delicato e complicato, ma che i giudici hanno sempre ritenuto credibile e coerente. Perché «emerge pacificamente che tra lei e il maestro si era creato un legame molto forte, dunque l’elaborazione negativa del proprio vissuto, da parte di un’adolescente come lei, ha necessariamente richiesto un tempo apprezzabile», scrisse la Corte d’appello nelle motivazioni del dispositivo di condanna, escludendo alcun tipo di «contaminazione» tra le giovani e definendo «manipolatori e causa di seri disadattamenti», sulla base delle valutazioni della psicologa, gli atteggiamenti di Cipriano, che avrebbe approfittato dell’«enorme ascendente» dato dal suo ruolo cagionando «un danno enorme» alle persone offese, che hanno visto turbato il normale sviluppo psicologico, emotivo e sessuale». Carmelo Cipriano: un uomo «adulto e inserito nel mondo dello sport agonistico, che di certo gli ha consentito di conoscere i valori positivi di una disciplina antica, nobile e rigorosa come il karate», che ha «consapevolmente scelto di trasmettere alle ragazze ben altri insegnamenti, corrompendone la personalità e distruggendone l’adolescenza, in una fase difficile di crescita e formazione», dissero i giudici di secondo grado. Ma nell’inchiesta sono finiti anche altri quattro adulti. Stralciate per competenza le diverse posizioni. Dopo la trasmissione degli atti alla procura per riformulare il capo di imputazione, entro la primavera potrebbe iniziare il processo (bis) a carico di due padri di ragazzini del corso di karate che ora devono rispondere di atti sessuali con minorenni.
